Nove Synpac(Pvt.) Ltd.was incorporated as a private limited company on March 04, 1997 and is engaged in the manufacturing of polypropylene bags. From incorporation till September 2002, the company underwent three expansions to reach economies of scale (from 16 looms to 34 looms) and was producing conventional polypropylene bags for carious sectors e.g. sugar, fertilizers, chemical, feed, rice, polyester etc. having a reputed customers base. Futher expansions were not undertaken due to the advance changing nature of the polypropylene industry in Pakistan.

Keeping in view the above factors the company diversified its product portfolio and set up a polypropylene cement bags manufacturing plant. The installation of the plant started in June 2002 and the commercial production commenced in November 2002.

Nova is only the second entity in Pakistan to have such an advanced manufacturing facility with licensing rights and patend product. It is to be noted that our company has the first right of refusal when it comes to selling this plant/ technology to any other entity in Pakistan.

The market of the cement polypropylene bags is well established which is also evident form the fact that our plant's capacity was booked even before the start of commercial production with the firm comitments from our clients.
